PDP Recital 2026 Production
Professional Division Performance Opportunity
We are thrilled to offer our Professional Division Program dancers an exciting performance opportunity* at Recital 2026: Lights, Camera, Dance!
This special production will bring together PDP dancers of all ages and levels to perform side-by-side in a dynamic 8–10 minute showpiece.
Blending Jazz and Tap, this performance will tell a show-stopping story brought to life through vibrant music, dynamic choreography, and eye-catching costumes.
If you remember our PDP production of Pirates of the Caribbean from the 2023 recital, this piece will be a brand-new take inspired by that experience. And for those who recall our Wicked production, it will have a similar theatrical feel - just on a slightly smaller scale.
*Please note: A minimum number of participating dancers is required for this production to move forward.

Rehearsal Schedule
All rehearsals listed below are mandatory for dancers participating in the production.
Senior Dancers
(Pre-Professional Levels)
Fridays: May 8, May 22, May 29, June 5
⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Intermediate Dancers
(Levels 5–7)
Fridays: May 8, May 22, May 29, June 5
⏰ 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Junior Dancers
(Levels 1–4)
Fridays: May 8, May 22, May 29, June 5
⏰ 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Full Cast Rehearsals
(All participating dancers)
Saturdays: May 9, May 23, May 30, June 6
⏰ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dancers must attend all rehearsals in order to participate in the performance so they are fully prepared with the choreography.
Cost
Performance Fee: $312 + GST
Costume Fee: $105
A $105 costume deposit will be applied in the same way as costumes for regular dance classes.
